EFFICACY AND SELECTIVITY EVALUATION OF SEVERAL FERTILIZER EMPLOYED AS BIO-STIMULANTS ON TABLE GRAPE IN ITALY
The trial was set up in a table grape orchard (Black rose variety) of Caltagirone (Catania district), Sicily Region, Southern-Italy.
The aim of the study was to evaluate efficacy and selectivity of Amminoacid Vegetable origin (4 L/ha) applied alone or in extempore mixture with the adjuvants Antibouncing. Reference product compared was Amminoacid Animal origin (2.5 L/ha) applied alone or in extempore mixture with the adjuvants Antibouncing. It was evaluated a new formulation of Amminoacid Vegetable origin applied at the dosage arte of 4 l/ha.
On all the treatments 6 experimental applications were performed starting from June 10th with 12-14 days as spray interval.
The data of this trial showed a significant Antibouncing effect on Amminoacid Vegetable origin and Amminoacid Animal origin on the sugar content (° Babo).
On °Babo test product Amminoacid Vegetable origin when applied alone showed higher sugar content respect reference product compared, Amminoacid Animal origin.
On the other parameters evaluated (Acidity, weight of 200 berries/plot and berries diameter) no significant differences among treated and untreated plot were noticed.
No phytotoxic symptoms were observed on table grape leaves and bunches (Black rose variety), in all the treatments where
the test and reference products were applied.
